Jennifer
Lead Assistant
Jennifer is our lead assistant in the back. She’s a local girl raised in Truckee, California. Jennifer started out in general dentistry then found her home with us nine years ago.
Jennifer’s favorite part of her job is the interaction she gets with our patients. She loves being able to make people feel at home when they come to see us. She loves witnessing the transformation from start to finish and seeing patients leave with a great smile.
Jennifer loves being outside. There isn’t much she won’t do or try. She’s on a bowling league in the winter and a softball league in the summer. If she looks familiar you may have seen her at her second job where she coaches gymnastics. Jennifer is a great teacher and loving friend.
Michelle
Assistant
Michelle is originally from the Bay Area. She lived in Colorado for eight years then finally settled in the Tahoe-Reno area for the last eight years. She has over six years of experience assisting in oral surgery and orthodontics.
Michelle’s favorite part about working with Dr. Andrews is creating amazing smiles. She feels it is a privilege to be able to be a part of something that has such a personal impact on people’s lives.
In her spare time Michelle loves spending time with her husband and four kids, all four-legged! They have a passion for the outdoors and love hiking, camping, skiing, backpacking, fishing, snowmobiling, and well just about everything! Playing is Michelle’s favorite hobby. She also enjoys the arts, gardening, traveling and is an avid animal lover. Michelle looks forward to seeing your next smile at Dr. Andrews!
Jeanne
Financial Coordinator and Office Manager
Jeanne is our office manager and financial coordinator. She is the newest addition to our family, joining us from Texas. She has worked in the dental field since 1987. Most recently Jeanne comes from managing an office of 140 staff, 8 hygienists, and 13 dentists!
Jeanne’s favorite thing about working in orthodontics is seeing a patient’s confidence and self esteem boosted after their treatment. She loves to feel she’s made a difference in improving people’s lives.
Jeanne is married with two daughters and one grand daughter. She spends most of her free time riding her horse. Jeanne has been riding and training horses since she was a little girl. She also loves spending time listening to her husband play the theatre organ!
Lynne
Treatment Coordinator
Lynne is our treatment coordinator and loving Mom of our family. She joins us from Berkeley, California and has been in the dental field since 1974. Lynne has worked with Dr. Andrews the longest of any family member here, she’s been with us for ten years.
Lynne’s favorite part about her day is teaching patients about orthodontics. She loves to dismiss any myths and help people understand the long term benefits they are choosing. She loves how we can change lives by giving people a confident, healthy smile.
Lynne is married with two children and five terrific grandchildren. She is a passionate camper. Lynne feels there is nothing like being in nature to restore your spirit and lighten your mood. We know that s’mores have a little to do with her love for camping too!
Cassandra
Front Office Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator
Cassandra runs our front office and is the marketing coordinator. She comes to us from the small town of Mesquite, Nevada. Over the past ten years Cassandra moved from Colorado, Michigan, Hawaii, Montana, and then back home to Nevada. Cassandra previously worked as a back assistant in a general dentist office before finding her place here.
Cassandra loves the artistic side of creating a beautiful smile. She loves seeing the impossible cases become reality, changing people’s lives for the better. She feels a confident healthy smile can change a person’s entire self view.
Cassandra is the proud mother of one son. In her spare time Cassandra loves reading and writing. She loves her recent move to Reno because she can hike in the summer and snowboard in the winter.
